Safedigging Complete Tour De Bristol Raising money For St Peters hospice

On Saturday, April 2nd, Jeff and Steve from Safedigging, along with Alan Page, Alan Parslow, Sean Honeywell, and Richard Bell, participated in the “Tour De Bristol.” The event was a fantastic opportunity to raise funds for St Peter’s Hospice, with the team cycling through North Somerset and the Mendips before returning to Bristol. The day was filled with sunshine and a spirited atmosphere, bolstered by tremendous community support.

However, the event was also marked by a somber moment, as a fellow rider tragically passed away due to a heart attack during the ride. Our deepest condolences and thoughts are with his family and friends during this incredibly difficult time.

St Peter’s Hospice is Bristol’s only adult hospice and a dedicated charity working tirelessly to enhance the quality of life for patients with life-limiting illnesses, while also providing essential support to their families and loved ones.
